We will feed your cat as directed on the booking form
We will ensure litter trays are cleared and cleaned where necessary

We are happy to administer all medication
We are happy to provide care to diabetic cats if they are stable
We will groom and provide eye care to cats needing it .
Enrichment & Welfare
We will engage and provide meaningful enrichment suitable for your cat
This will involve playing, petting, ,using interactive toys , or simply sitting and being them

How Does it Work?
Our 5 Star Service Includes things other pet sitters don't.
We will take any soiled items away to be washed at our laundry ,
Our laundry service will ensure the item is back with your cat promptly
All food and litter waste will be placed in our biodegrade waste bags and taken away , so there is no smelly rubbish to come home to
We clean and disinfect with our cattery and kennel grade disinfectant, safe to use for cats and smells pleasant too
We supply all of our cleaning & PPE equipment.
We will engage with meningful play that challenges your cats senses , we stock high quality catnip which adds a bit of added excitment for playtime
Whatsapp videos and communication with you
Grooming is a lovely way to bond with guests , we will happily groom our guests , with a little spritz of our lovely calming phermomone spray for added catisfaction!
We stock a variety of tasty treats ( given only with your consent ) these include
Dreamies, Lick-e-lix, Felix Goody Bag, Encore Dried Fish or Chicken and Webbox Tasty Sticks
We even carry a selection of litter there is something to suit all cat tastes.
We will refill or replace as necessary and this is included in the price.

What you need to know
Cats are extremely intelligent and sensitive animals. As such they all have different personalities and characteristics.
As humans we go on holiday from time to time, or have business or family matters to attend to . This means we need a someone to look after our cat often at short notice! Sometimes we book a last minute holiday and then struggle to find a cattery to look after them. Thats where The Cat Sitting Co. is ideal.
From August 2025 we are formerly takiong bookings for this service. Its our take on providing a bespoke cat sitting service with additional benefits to really make us stand out against our competitors

We book a maximum of 4 customers per day to ensure we offer a quality and unrushed service.
Terms & Conditions
Bookings
You can place your booking by email or over the phone. At the time of booking you will be agreeing to our terms and conditions.
28 days notice is required to cancel please
Deposit and days charged
The Cat Sitting Company accepts card payment, online payment and bank transfer.
Rates are charged per visit - £15 for a morning visit and £10 for a late afternoon/early evening visit.
We will charge for the number of visits agreed at the time of booking . This allows for the days to be split on the first and final day according to the time you are home.
We request a £25 deposit at the time of booking This is non-refundable
Christmas Day , Boxing Day , New Years Day and Easter Sunday are all charge at double time.
No other bank holidays are recognised and normal rates apply.
Meet and Greet
We will meet you at your home prior to the service, this allows the opportunity to discuss your cats welfare needs we will ask you to complete a booking form
AND
to discuss keys,, alarms, key safes cat flaps, and any other security to note.
Cancellation
28 days notice is required , if we are notified less that 28 days 50% of the outstanding fee will apply.
Health
Guests remain the sole responsibility of their owners, and whilst every care i taken The Cat Sitting Co cannot be liable for illness, injury, or death of any animal in their care.
If your cat appears unwell whilst in our care we will in the first instance contact your normal vet. Should this not be possible we will refer to our nominated veterinary surgery; fees will apply . Any fees incurred as a result of a new or pre-existing condition will be the responsibility of the owner.
